As the indictment and court documents claim, from May 2018 to July 2019, GOGIC and others conspired to use commercial cargo ships to smuggle a large number of cocaine. GOGIC and Colombia's Cocyin source, crew transported on commercial cargo ships, and port workers transporting and uninstalled cocaine in Europe.
