The recommended packaging materials are as follows:

There is also a practical caution to tell everyone. Use at least 6 inches x 4 inches x 1 inch, weigh at least 1 pound, but any side of less than 25 inches, weighing less than 50 pounds can reduce reception delay!
Here are some packaging details for special output:
1. Some items on the packaging that will expose the product, such as pillows or real cloth, etc., especially for infants and children's products, must be wrapped in plastic bags to ensure that they will not be covered with dust during transportation. After the packaging bag is filled, make sure that the barcode can still be scanned. If it cannot be scanned, an ASIN label must be attached.
2. Fragile items need to be carefully protected, such as using foam cloth. The package is important to ensure that it will not be ejected during transit. The bar code must be scanned without being disassembled. They will also undergo impact testing.
3. The bottle mouth of liquid products must be covered with plastic if there is no two seals. This must be subjected to an impact test.
4. All items must be wrapped separately. The packaging must be sealed, such as boxed biscuits, and an impact test must also be carried out. Sharp objects, such as knives, cannot expose the sharp parts. Small products (one inch or two inches) must be packaged separately. If it is sold as a whole, it must be marked as a whole!
For the packaging methods described above, please ensure that the labels are available for scanning.
The expiration date of the product that is about to expire must be printed where Amazon employees can see it. If it is a product that needs bubble bag packaging, it must be re-applied with two labels, one is a barcode and the other is an expiration label. There are also many small products that will be put into large boxes when they are stored, so that each product must have its own sku box, and there can be no barcodes on the box that can be scanned.
Try to avoid things that confuse Amazon to avoid wasting work time. FBA packaging requirements:
1. Complete six-sided hard packaging with the lid.
2. Each box in the goods must have its own FBA goods label (printed on the "Cargo Processing Schedule").
3. There are four labels on each cardboard, and they are attached to the top center on both sides.
4. When a large carton is used to send multiple original packaged goods to the Amazon fulfillment center, the only cargo label is affixed to the large carton used to transport the goods.
5. If you use old boxes, please remove all old goods labels or other marks.

7. After loading the box, shake it gently a few times. When shaking, the contents of the box must not be moved.
8. A carton packaged product should only contain one PO form. If a carton contains more than one PO form, it must be guaranteed that one carton cannot exceed 5 types of PO form.
9. Carton boxes containing jewelry and watches must not weigh more than 18 kg (40 pounds).
10.-The size of any side of the box cannot exceed 63.5 cm, unless the size of one side box exceeds 63.5 cm.
11. If the size of any side of the box exceeds 63.5 cm, the box must be placed on a pallet of 1 mX1.25 meters, unless the size of the commodity box sold separately exceeds the standard pallet size.
12. During transportation, cartons and packaging materials (such as liners, fillers) must fully protect the goods. If the packaging materials used are not acceptable to the Amazon fulfillment center, the product will be rejected or additional packaging fees will be charged.
It should be noted that the maximum weight of the carton packaging does not exceed 22.5 kg (50 lbs). If the weight of a single product exceeds 22.5 kg (50 lbs), a clear logo of "Team Lift" needs to be affixed on the carton, indicating that the operation is required Team; and the box weighs more than 45 kg (100 pounds), you need to paste "Mech Lift" on the carton, indicating that the machine is required for operation.
Use large cushions, such as air pillows, full-page paper, bubble wrap or bubble wrap, but should not be filled with loose materials.
Determine the size of the carton to ensure the minimum space for the carton after the goods are shipped. By loading multiple items in a carton, space utilization can also be maximized.
Packing straps, elastic bands, or tapes cannot be used. Do not use large staples and nylon tape, as this will bring safety risks to warehouse employees.
-When multiple cartons are determined to be sold at a time (for example, a set) weighing more than 45 kg, they must be placed on a single pallet (one pallet corresponding to the sales goods).
When a single box of goods (for example: furniture) weighs more than 45 kg, a pallet is required. Pallet size boxes cannot be used.
The use of point-of-sale containers (such as boxes with front openings or boxes without lids) normally used to display goods is prohibited.
