Tory Brunker, senior director of product marketing at Adobe, said: "A significant portion of consumers say they are still planning to shop and spend heavily during the summer sales season, especially around Prime Day."


Consumers say they plan to spend their sales on clothing (43%), household goods and home improvement (29%), health and beauty (26%), computer electronics (22%), pet products (17%) and toys (16%). At the same time, they are also good at receiving personalized promotions via email (61%), during the shopping experience (53%), and via text (34%) after visiting an e-commerce site or store.
