Midsummer night, as for the famous Shanghai! Thanks to the leader for giving us this opportunity to study on a business trip. Three days of business trip and study time passed in a hurry. After this short and substantial study, I have a lot of feelings. If you want to summarize the three days, there is only one sentence. It is easy and happy when you leave; it is a heavy mood when you return. It is harvest and responsibility.
On the night we arrived in Shanghai, I thanked my colleagues in Shanghai for their help. I came to the airport in the middle of the night and waited to pick us up, and took us to the hotel after a midnight snack to fill our stomachs. Unfortunately, the time is short and I didn't dare to sleep enough. I hurried to the old warehouse the next morning and saw many people we wanted to meet. Everyone was very friendly, not as cold as through a computer screen. Due to space constraints, we were then taken to the new warehouse for office work. The new warehouse has a beautiful environment and everything is in order.
The next day, we got up early to clean up, and we were ready to move and transfer the goods together with our brothers and sisters from other branches. All of us sweated profusely. The colleagues in the operation department were all motivated, and we all started together to celebrate Xiangcheng's move.
On Monday, I went to the new company for office work. The new warehouse is as large as 1,870 square meters and can hold a hundred cabinets. The new equipment is strong, the new departments are numerous, and the new operating spirit can stand up to billions of difficulties. Xiangcheng, why are you afraid of it? Go to the operation department to organize the goods together, classify and summarize them, and also do the company arrival, measurement, report and storage, and put the goods on the shelves, and then go to the order-find the goods-check the goods information-the veneer-the goods out of the warehouse. I have a deep understanding and familiarity. I have felt the hardship and difficulty of the operation department. All departments need to understand and cooperate with each other.
As a logistics consultant, we must first confirm the accuracy of the first-hand information and then transfer it to the docking department, so that every link in the middle can be carried out accurately and more efficiently. At the same time, the company will also standardize the operation process of the operation department, and have dedicated personnel. It is convenient for logistics consultants to conduct business better.
Secondly, I also learned from the customer service department that we should be brief and clear when consulting questions. In addition, for the goods of customs declaration, I recommend that the salesman check with the customer first to avoid repeating many unnecessary problems after the arrival of the goods. High aging. Any questions and suggestions about the department can be fed back to the sales directors, and more communication and consultation. Work together to do better.
The company headquarters also mentioned a series of new introductions. The introduction of human resources has resulted in better performance management and salary improvements. The increase in personnel reserves has laid a stronger foundation for the company's development. The increase in warehouse equipment and the expansion of the area have made our goods better protected. At the same time, we will prepare a WeChat price check system to facilitate quotation with customers anytime, anywhere. At the same time, the company will also do more network promotion to increase the company's reputation.
After three days, the meeting was late at night, and the leaders spoke out and attacked the shortcomings directly; the supervisor pledged to strengthen reforms; one heart, all for service! In my spare time, I have never forgotten to ask other colleagues for advice and study. All of my colleagues are at the level of great gods, and the knowledge and adaptability they accept and understand are too strong. There are really too many capable people in front of us, and we should be even more. Strengthen your beliefs and work hard.
