Below I will share the flow of FBA operation:
1. Register for FBA. Find the Amazon service page, click "Fulfillment by Amazon", fill in the company name on the page that jumps out, and tick to agree to Amazon's relevant terms and agreements, and finally select the FBA service to successfully register.
2. Choose FBA products. On the "Inventory" page, check the products to be shipped to the Amazon warehouse and select "Change Fulfillment by Amazon". These selected products will be smoothly converted to FBA Inventory.
It should be noted that when we convert the product from the seller’s self-delivery to Amazon’s delivery until Amazon receives the goods on the shelf, the seller’s product listings are in a state that the buyer cannot see.
If the seller wants to let the buyer see your product during this time and the seller still has inventory in the country, then it can be converted from FBA Inventory. During the transfer process, you also need to set the domestic inventory quantity of the product. However, when some sellers still have no converted listings in the inventory page, they use the product SKU to search in the background. Generally, the search will be found. At this time, the seller can set up domestic inventory.
3. Operate the FBA shipping process (Send/Replenish Inventory).
The first step is Set Quantity, then enter the number of products shipped under unit. If you did not enter the product packaging size when uploading the product before, the seller also needs to fill in the product packaging size here. There are two types of Packing Type: Individual products and Case packed products. Individual products are mixed, that is, different products are mixed in a box. Case packed products are the same product and the same SKU in one box.
The second step is Prepare Products. No need to worry about this step.
The third step is Label Products. Here you need to pay attention to the background to let the seller choose whether to label Amazon or the seller himself. Of course, sellers save money by labeling themselves, after all, Amazon will charge a fee for labeling. If you choose to label the seller yourself, select "Merchant" under "who labels", and select the corresponding specifications of label paper to print the labels.
The fourth step is Review Shipments, where you can see which warehouse Amazon assigns the seller’s products to storage.
Each Shipment name represents each warehouse, and you can see how many products the seller has stored in the warehouse. The seller needs to click "Work on shipment" to continue.
The fifth step is Prepare Shipment. On the shipping service side, there are shipping method and shipping carrier for sellers to choose. Generally, sellers choose small parcel delivery (SPD) if the shipping weight is about 60 kg. In addition, even if the seller chooses UPS to ship under the shipping carrier, I recommend that the seller choose other carrier and select "other" in the drop-down box. That is, the outer box label of the box, then this needs to be printed out and pasted on the outer box when the packaging is completed.
The sixth step is summary. Fill in the logistics tracking number. When the seller has the tracking number, it will be marked as shipped.
