Xiangcheng International Logistics carrier for Amazon Shiptrack
ShipTrack is a new service solution designed by Amazon specifically for sellers' first mile logistics. When sellers use ShipTrack certified carriers
to transport goods to Amazon fulfillment centers, the carriers will automatically generate and upload Amazon Logistics (FBA) tracking codes
(Tracking IDs), and the relevant information will be synchronized in real-time to the seller platform's "Cargo Overview" page.

Zero operation synchronization, efficient and simplified warehousing process: After the seller selects Xiangcheng International Logistics
(ShipTrack certified carrier), the Amazon system will automatically fill in the shipment tracking code, without the need to manually enter the
tracking number or set additional settings. Regardless of whether ShipTrack service is specified in advance on the seller platform, as long as
the carrier is actually used, the system immediately completes the tracking information association, greatly simplifying the shipping operation
and significantly improving the warehousing efficiency.
Full process visual tracking, transparent logistics safety: from shipment to warehousing, key node information (such as departure, arrival,
customs clearance, delivery, etc.) is updated in real-time to the Amazon Seller Center, and sellers can view the trajectory of their goods at
any time. Fully transparent design ensures traceability of logistics status, reduces the risk of cargo loss or delay, and safeguards cross-border
transportation safety.
Intelligent error correction and convenient operation optimize supply chain decision-making: The system automatically matches shipments with
tracking numbers, eliminating abnormal shipment status caused by manual input errors, reducing communication links, and improving seller
query freedom. More accurate logistics information helps sellers scientifically develop replenishment plans, reduce inventory backlog and
out of stock risks, and achieve efficient supply chain management.
Sellers can use ShipTrack without any additional operation, regardless of whether they choose ShipTrack carrier when creating shipments on
the seller platform STA. As long as the seller actually uses ShipTrack carrier to transport the goods, the shipment tracking number will be
automatically synchronized to the seller platform, and the system will push logistics node information.
